Tropical cyclone Pam

Project information

Tropical Cyclone Pam tore a path across the South Pacific Ocean, slamming into Vantu on 13 Match 2015, causing widespread damage as the Cyclone became one of the most severe natural disasters to befall the country. Thousands more across nine countries were affected by the Cyclone and other weather systems, including Tropical Cyclone Nathan and Tropical Storm Bavi.
This project seeks to ensure the immediate and longer-term needs of affected populations are met through relief and recovery action in affected countries. The countries in this project are Vanuatu, Kiribati, Tuvalu, the Solomon Islands, and Papa New Guinea.
