Why?
This programme is comprised of funds from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs that are used for projects around the world that are in need of emergency funding. In 2014, projects receiving funding include those that cover the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, civil unrest in Ukraine, and the on-going crisis in Syria.
