What?
The strategy is based on partnership with the CAR Red Cross in three phases over a period of two years.
The 2019 phase aims to the immediate implementation of emergency operations peacebuilding in 10 decentralized districts: the 8 districts of Bangui Bimbo and more Begoua.
The second implementation phase will allow operations to continue and make the necessary adjustments.
The final phase, scheduled for 2020 and 2021, is an output of the local government for the long-term sustainability and the operationalization of the mechanism for consolidating peace and equity-related tasks.
