Concerns regarding the Netherlands Red Cross
You can submit your complaint or suggestion regarding the Netherlands Red Cross using the form below. Do you prefer to speak to someone by phone? Please contact us via +3170 – 44 55 678 (Monday to Thursday: 8.30– 21.00; Friday: 8.30 – 17.00; Saturday: 8.30 – 14.00).

Within five working days after receiving your complaint, we will let you know how we will handle it. If necessary, one of our colleagues will contact you for further information. Please find out more in our complaints procedure (pdf).

Integrity: reporting your concern safely and in confindence

Have you experienced unwanted behaviour by a Netherlands Red Cross employee? For example aggression, violence, sexual intimidation or bullying? Or do you want to report a concern about an integrity problem, such as fraud, theft or misuse of authority? Then it is important that you can report this safely and in confidence.

You can do this by emailing the Integrity Hotline of the Netherlands Red Cross via meldpunt@redcross.nl. The hotline will further process your alert and let you know within one working week how that notification will be handled.

In the procedure regarding reporting breaches of integrity (pdf), you can read how we handle such alerts. If, as a result of your alert, an investigation is set up, then you can read in the investigation protocol (pdf) how that investigation will be carried out.
