Why?
This project is a contribution by Netherlands Red Cross to the procurement of Non-food-items and storage of these Non-food-intems in the contingency stock by South Sudan Red Cross Society. The SSRCS is mandated in South Sudan to provide humanitarian support, auxiliary to the government. Following the conflict that broke out in December 2013 the SSRCS depleted the contingency stock made available by the NLRC. South Sudan
