To promote sustainability of the Darfur Emergency Project including support of 4 primary health care facilities, community health promotion and volunteer engagement in West Darfur State.
This is a transition funding focused on ensuring sustainability, within a context of complex and increasing humanitarian needs. Primary Health Care facilities in Korgy, Abudahiya, Al Riyadha and Kerending, West Darfur.
West Darfur is one of the 17 states of Sudan, and one of the five states of the Darfur region.
